CAF Confederation Cup: Enyimba Get Tough Draw, To Face Orlando Pirates, Ahly Benghazi, ES Setif

Enyimba FC have been pitted alongside Algeria’s ES Setif, South Africa’s Orlando Pirates, and Libya’s Ahly Benghazi in Group A of the CAF Confederations Cup.

The Aba Warriors qualified for the group stages of the competition after ousting fellow Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL) club, Rivers United on Sunday via penalties.

The Aba giants are looking to make history as the first Nigerian club to win the competition.

The groups are as follows:

Group A : Ahly Benghazi Orlando Pirates ES Sétif Enyimba
Group B : Napsa Stars Cotonsport JS Kabylie RS Berkane
Group C : ASC Jaaraf Salitas CS Sfaxien Etoile/Young Buffaloes
Group D : Namungo/Primeiro Agosto Nkana FC Pyramids Raja Casablanca
