President Muhammadu Buhari said he would be presenting the 2019 Appropriation Bill to the National Assembly on Wednesday, December 19.
Buhari made this known on Wednesday after his letter was read on the floor of the House of Representatives by the Speaker, Yakubu Dogara.
Although members of the House, however, condemned the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udo Udoma, for blaming the delay in the presentation of the budget on the lawmakers after the Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday, they however, planned to boycott the presentation.
The threat was a reaction to some uncomplimentary remarks on them attributed to the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udo Udoma.
