Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo is expected to represent President Muhammadu Buhari in Saturday’s inauguration ceremony of South Africa President, Cyril Ramaphosa.
In a statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the VP on Media and Publicity, Mr Laolu Akande on Friday, Osinbajo will be accompanied by Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyeama to Pretoria where the cremony will be held.
“Prof Osinbajo will be joining several other Heads of State and Government from Africa and beyond, who are expected at the inauguration ceremony in Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
“The Vice-President, who leaves Abuja this evening, will be accompanied by the Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyeama, and he is expected back in Abuja tomorrow evening.”
