Shehu Sani Backs Financial Autonomy For Judiciary, Legislature

Former Kaduna lawmaker, Shehu Sani has lauded the implementation of the financial independence of the Judiciary and Legislature by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Recall that Friday, Buhari signed into law Executive Order No. 10 of 2020 for the implementation of Financial Autonomy of State Legislature and State Judiciary Order, 2020.

However, Sani via his official twitter handle stated that the constitutional amendment may affect the implementation of the financial order due to the fact that the State Assemblies could be blackmailed by the governors to kick against it.
